Qatar Credit Bureau receives two ISO certifications

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Qatar Credit Bureau has received two ISO certifications in the fields of cybersecurity systems and business continuity after it successfully passed a security audit. The certification is a reflection of the bureau's efforts to adopt the best practices internationally, particularly in the field of securing digital transactions and monitoring cybersecurity risks. It was also a result of the bureau's comprehensive cybersecurity strategy in cooperation with OISSG Consultancy (OISSG). Intertek awarded the certifications to the bureau for its effort.
Commenting on the occasion, Governor of Qatar Central Bank (QCB), H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Saoud Al Thani said that it was yet another achievement for Qatar Credit Bureau. He praised the center's employees and its partners for their efforts in implementing the strategy and for their dedication to providing trusted solutions to their clients that help develop the financial sector. For her part, CEO of Qatar Credit Bureau, Sheikha Maryam bint Khalifa Al Thani expressed her delight with the achievement, stressing the importance of providing good services to the center's clients.
The bureau provides The eighty-third meeting of the GCC health ministers discussed important topics, most notably the Gulf Diseases Prevention and Control Center, and the Health Council Executive Plan 2021, including prevention, awareness, development, health support, operational decisions, as well as administrative and financial affairs. Accurate and comprehensive credit on individuals and organisations in the State of Qatar, to help reliably evaluate their credit worthiness. It is considered one of QCB's most important supporting tools in enhancing the effectiveness of regulating financial institutions, and lowering credit risk through sound policy and maintaining accurate data.
