(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 25 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Ministry of Health announced on Friday 601 patients of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) recovered during past 24 hours.
Tally of patients who have been cured of the infectious respiratory disease has reached 93,562 since local outbreak of the pandemic months ago, the ministry said in a statement.
It also said recuperation of this batch was confirmed by applying certain medical methods.
The novel coronavirus which first broke out in China late last year infected more than 31 million people and killed more than 800,000 others worldwide. (end)
