(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) KHOST CITY / TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): At least seven Taliban 
insurgents have been killed during drone strike and raid in Khost and Uruzgan provinces.
In a statement, Khost police headquarters said three militants were killed in drone strike in Alisher district on Friday.
Khanamuddin, a resident of the area, confirmed that three individuals were killed in a drone strike. But he did not specify their identities.
In Uruzgan, four Taliban insurgents were killed commandos raid in Tirinkot City, the provincial capital, a statement from Minister of Defence said.
The source said 100 kilograms of explosives and two landmines were captured and defused during the raid.
