China's economic planner said on Monday that the country will cut the central government pricing items by 30 percent.
An exposure draft on the website of the National Development and Reform Commission showed that the number of specific pricing items will drop to 16 in seven categories.
The remaining categories are power transmission and distribution, oil and gas pipeline transportation, water supply for major water conservancy projects, important postal services, basic transportation, key professional services and special drugs and blood.
