Increase in newly founded companies in Turkey


(MENAFN) The Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) said on Friday that, the number of newly established companies has increased in September in Turkey in almost 22 percent yearly.


The organization said in a statement that, 7,696 companies were established previous month; up from 6,328 in September 2018, for now, some 1,165 companies went out of business, going up 5 percent through the same period.


The number of recently founded foreign-partnered or foreign-funded companies decreased 15 percent to get to 1,143 in September.


In the first nine months of this year, around 60,170 corporations were formed, falling 7 percent annual.
