TUNIS -- The Tunisian supreme election authority announces results of early presidential election amid speculation of an additional round due to close numbers amongst primary candidates Qais Saeed, 18.8 percent, business Nabeel Al-Qarawi, 15.4 percent, after 71 percent of votes were counted.
RAMALLAH -- Israelis started casting their votes on Tuesday to choose 120 Knesset members (parliament), in the second elections since April. (Issued at 10:36 a.m. local-time 07:36 GMT)
