The third workshop to train the trainers in the field of smart pharmacy was held recently at Crowne Plaza Muscat.
The workshop was organised by the Ministry of Health (MoH), represented by the Directorate General of Medical Supply, in collaboration with the American Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
Pharmacists from various MoH health facilities participated in the workshop that aimed at encouraging and increasing excellence initiatives and developing skills and providing them with the needed competencies.
The four-day workshop focused on implementing the programme, which has contributed in establishing a professional relationship between pharmacists and patients. This professional relationship helps in achieving the desired results from the treatment and enhancing the provided health services.
