The Omani-Italian Joint Exercise (Jebel Shams 2) began in Italy on Monday. Officials of the Musandam Security Force at Musandam Sector of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) taking part in the exercise with the participation of Italian ground forces.
A briefing was given on preparatory stages of the drill, as well as its practical stages to achieve the prospective goals of both sides. The exercise will be held till 28 June.
