(MENAFN) Authorities declared that a vintage car rammed into people on the sidewalk in the middle of the emblematic Malecon seafront boulevard here on Sunday, claiming 3 lives and wounding 30 more.
The car crashed into a group of people at dawn, leaving one person dead at the site, as two more were pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The wounded, including two foreigners whose nationality has not been identified, are receiving medical care at the hospital.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Avenue 23 and Malecon, a famous area for pastime.
