Kuwait's Omar Zaid and Jomaa Said scored in the 59th and 72nd minutes, while Kazma netted in the 32nd minute.
Kuwait has 39 points, toppling the league, while Kazma stood at 25 points. Kuwait needs one point to be crowned as champion of the tournament, regardless of the results of the two remaining rounds of the contest.
