Ibovespa surpasses 100,000 points for the first time

São Paulo – Ibovespa, the main index of São Paulo Stock Exchange (BOVESPA, acronym in Portuguese) ended this Monday (18) breaking arecord with 99,994 points, a 0.86% valorization over Friday (15). The indicator surpassed the 100,000 mark during the day but declined later.

In the exchange market, commercial dollar ended Monday listed as BRL 3.792, a 0.76% decline over Friday. It ended Monday with its lowest value in two weeks.
