(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Dec 15 (KUNA) -- Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Mohammad Al-Jabri on Saturday expressed pride of Kuwaiti athletes' recent accomplishments in international tournaments.
In a statement, he congratulated fencers Yousef al-Shemlan, Ammar Al-Amari, Ali Al-Fadhel, Khaled Abdulkarim, Abdul Aziz Al-Shatti and Hussein Kamal for winning medals in the Arab championship, recently hosted by Tunisia, thus raising Kuwait Flag aloft.
The minister heaped praise on Basil Al-Sabah Cars and Motorcycles Club, namely Salem Al-Dhafiri for coming first in the T-1 category in Al-Fujairah rally. He also mentioned Mohammad Al-Dhafiri for winning the AS competition and Salman Aman who came second in the same category.
Moreover, minister Al-Jabri extended facilitations to Yousef Al-Abdulrazzaq who ranked second in the GB1 competition in the final round of Al-Sharjah jet ski tournament. (end) fr.rk
