Oman- Salalah Port appoints Mark Hardiman as new chief executive officer


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Salalah port Services Co announced the appointment of Mark Hardiman as the new chief executive officer of Port of Salalah with effect from January 1, 2019.

Hardiman has a total 23 years of experience in shipping and ports industry, having worked in different countries across three continents – specially South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt, Belgium, UAE and Bahrain. He is educated in maritime studies and is an APMT Magnum graduate.

Hardiman has diverse experience across shipping and terminals and has worked previously with both container and general cargo facilities, while living

in diverse cultural environments, Salalah Port Services Co said in a filing to the Muscat Securities Market on Sunday.
Earlier in September, Andrew Dawes had resigned from his position as the CEO of Port of Salalah due to personal reasons.
