(MENAFN- QNA) Iranian President Hassan Rohani next week will visit Azerbaijan, it was announced here today.
Iranian Minister of Communications Mahmoud Vaezi who is also chairman of the Joint Committee for Cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan, said during this visit, 10 documents for bilateral cooperation are expected to be signed between the two countries.
The two sides will discuss the issue of transportations, purchase of electric power from Azerbaijan, the exploitation of the border rivers, organize the customs situation as well as issues relating to energy cooperation tourism and trade.
Vaezi added that the trade volume between the two countries currently stands at US$ 100 million.
