Survey: 96% satisfied with Dubai Police


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times)  More than 96 per cent of people are satisfied with the Dubai Police and emergency services this year, a new survey says. The survey conducted by the police showed that 96.1 per cent of people expressed their satisfaction during the current year, compared to 95.2 per cent last year. The police general department of operations director Dr Jasim Bal Rumaitha praised the results but said the police were keen to meet people's demands and keep providing better services. Results showed that 97.2 per cent of the people felt that officials understood their language, compared to 94.8 per cent last year; fast response to calls registered 98.2 per cent approval this year compared to 97.2 per cent last year; police knowledge of accident locations hit 96.3 per cent this year, compared to 95.1 per cent last year; and satisfaction with the time taken by the police to reach out to calls reached 91 per cent, compared to 89 per cent last year. But meeting people's demands was down from 95.3 per cent last year to 95.1 per cent this year.
