London to remain target for Middle Eastern property investors

(MENAFN) Property investors from the Middle East remain participants of providing major interest in London, with Westminster politicians are in dispute over Brexit.

Brokers have suggested investment in London to keep its strong levels, with anticipated further growth.

The reason Arab investors are attracted to London was explained to be prices decline, currency weakness, and strong property demands.

Cluttons property consultancy's chief of research Faisal Durrani confirmed "for people from the Middle East or Asia, looking at the UK as a safe haven investment, it is still a very safe bet, and compared to their own markets, it's still very, very safe."
