Bahrain's Mumtalakat obtains office campus in USA


(MENAFN) An office campus in North Carolina, which is Lenovo's base, was revealed to have been purchased by Bahrain's Mumtalakat.

The deal was confirmed to have been sealed in joint venture with Sentinel Real Estate Investment Corporation (Sentinel).

Mumtalakat described that office campus, in the Research Triangle Park, to be a 28 sq km scientific study park with steady development.

Mumtalakat's CEO Mahmood H. Alkooheji stated "real estate is a key component of our portfolio growth strategy, and the US real estate market is growing significantly. In fact, Raleigh-Durham is one of the fastest growing markets in the US."
