Israeli occupation forces carry out four massacres in Gaza

(MENAFN) In the last 24 hours, Israeli Occupation forces have carried out four massacres in Gaza, killing 52 Palestinians and injuring 142 others. The attacks included bombings of homes and key sites, including the ongoing aerial bombardment of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza by quadcopter drones.

Among the latest casualties, 26 Palestinians were killed, and over 60 others injured in shelling that targeted homes in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. At least 10 more Palestinians lost their lives in continued shelling across various areas of Gaza. In Deir al-Balah and Rafah, five people were killed in targeted residential areas and gatherings, while two more were killed in a strike on a motorcycle east of Rafah. Medical sources reported further casualties, including two deaths in Deir al-Balah and three martyrs brought to the European Gaza Hospital after being hit by a reconnaissance drone near Rafah. The Palestinian Center for Development and Media Freedoms (MADA) reported that last November, Israeli forces killed 18 journalists in Gaza and committed 65 violations against media personnel in both Gaza and the West Bank.

In another development, the Israeli occupation released 18 Palestinians who had been detained since the ground invasion began. These individuals were transferred to the European Gaza Hospital after their release, though many were reportedly tortured during their detention.

Meanwhile, ambulances in northern Gaza remain scarce due to repeated attacks, fuel shortages, and damage from Israeli targeting. A video released by Gaza's Ministry of Health documented the attack on an ambulance in the northern governorate. At Kamal Adwan Hospital, four medical staff members were injured by Israeli drones. The Israeli army had previously raided the hospital, arresting patients and staff, including an Indonesian surgeon, who was later evacuated by a Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance. The violence escalated in Beit Lahiya, where intensive bombing of homes led to the deaths of around 30 Palestinians, as reported by Hamas.
