30th anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation
between the two countries.
"Our fraternal relations are developing dynamically, with
constructive dialogue established at the political level, and
cooperation between the governments of the two countries is being
strengthened. Türkiye is one of Kazakhstan's five largest trading
partners. Last year, trade turnover reached $6 billion," he
emphasized.
In turn, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan noted that the relations between
Kazakhstan and Türkiye have acquired a strategic nature. He pointed
to the great potential for further intensification of trade and
economic cooperation.
"I am confident that during the 5th meeting of the High-Level
Strategic Cooperation Council, planned for next year in Ankara, we
will sign important agreements in the fields of agriculture,
defense, energy, transportation, logistics, and the cultural and
humanitarian sphere. We will continue working towards increasing
bilateral trade turnover to $15 billion," said the President of
Türkiye.
