BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 7. Head of the
Military Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration of
the Republic of Azerbaijan Farid Seyidov has been awarded the
highest military rank of“Major General of Justice”, Trend reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a
relevant decree in this regard.
