(Nasdaq: PECO) (“PECO” or the“Company”), one of the nation's largest owners and operators of high-quality, grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a monthly dividend distribution of $0.1025 per share of the Company's common stock payable on December 3, 2024; January 3, 2025; February 4, 2025; and March 4, 2025 to stockholders of record as of November 15, 2024; December 16, 2024; January 15, 2025; and February 18, 2025.

Operating partnership unit holders receive distributions at the same rate as common stockholders, subject to the required tax withholding.
