BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 22. A conflagration
erupted at the coking unit of the oil refinery in Baku,
Azerbaijan , SOCAR Downstream Management LLC told
Trend .
The battle to put out the flames is still in full swing, with
the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations
rolling up their sleeves and diving headfirst into the fray.
Reports indicate that the fire resulted in no injuries.
