He claimed that nations supplying arms to the Israeli military bear a degree of complicity in what he described as genocidal acts against Palestinians. Mansour called for a moral obligation among states and international entities to cease all support for the occupying power and to stop supplying weapons and ammunition that exacerbate the ongoing conflict.
