BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 14. The Armenian
government's strange proposal to "sign what has been agreed upon so
far and leave the unagreed provisions for the next stages" is
completely unrealistic, said the President of the Republic of
Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, receiving the credentials of the newly appointed
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of
Belgium to our country, Julien de Fraipont, Trend reports.
The head of state underscored that the peace treaty's provisions
are of equal value and interdependent. President Ilham Aliyev
stated that, in this regard, he considers the Armenian government's
strange proposal to "sign what has been agreed upon so far and
leave the unagreed provisions for the next stages" completely
unrealistic, emphasizing that he is not aware of any precedent for
such an approach.
