KUWAIT, Oct 12 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Saturday sent a cable of congratulations to Equatorial Guinea's President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo on the occasion of his country's National Day.
