Thanks To President Ilham Aliyev's Special Care We Are Already In Karabakh - University Teacher

KHANKENDI, Azerbaijan, September 23. Thanks to
the special care of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, we are
already in Karabakh, teacher of Garabagh University Turkan Ahmadli
told Trend.
"The opening of Garabagh University is a special event for us.
It's a very joyous occasion for each of us. We, the teaching staff
and students, want to do everything possible to further develop
Garabagh University. We'll strive to contribute to the growth of
our university," she said.
To note, a total of 1,104 students were admitted to Garabagh
University in the 2024/25 academic year, and the admission plan was
98.5 percent filled. Of the students admitted to the university,
101 scored more than 600 points and 385 scored more than 500
points. The highest result was recorded in the specialty
“jurisprudence” (683.8 points). One applicant, who became the
winner of the Olympiad, was admitted to the specialty“engineering
in the field of electrical and electronic engineering” of the
University out of competition. In general, the average score of
admission to Garabagh University for I-IV groups of specialties
amounted to 467.6. In addition, in the first academic year,“SABAH”
groups were organized at Garabagh University in the specialties of
“law”,“teaching of foreign languages” (English), finance, and
accounting.
