Dear Ukrainians!

Today, I would like to acknowledge our warriors first and foremost. All those who managed to turn this page of the war - a page that Putin was eager to dedicate to his offensive and which became yet another mistake for Russia. Each and every one of those who defend the Kharkiv direction, who hold back Russian assaults in Pokrovske and other Donetsk directions, and along the entire frontline - from Krynky to Vovchansk, and along the border, in particular in Sumy region. It is Ukrainian courage and resilience that defines the situation - what we can do, not what Russia wants or tried. This is another significant result of Ukraine and our people in this war, and I thank each and every one of them who is truly fulfilling combat orders and combat missions to the fullest. I am grateful to all those who are taking the brunt of repelling Russian attacks. I am grateful to everyone who has helped and continues to help.

We see how the world's determination opens up new prospects for restoring our security. Among other things, this applies to the security of Kharkiv. The destruction of Russian terrorists' positions and launchers near the border by our forces and soldiers really matters. It is working. Exactly as we expected. And based on the results of the battles in different parts of the frontline in June, I would like to thank all our soldiers, sergeants and officers of the 1st separate assault battalion, 5th separate assault brigade, 25th separate airborne brigade, 35th, 36th and 38th separate marine brigades. Well done to all of you, warriors! The 44th Artillery Brigade, 48th Mechanised Brigade, 57th Separate Motorised Infantry Brigade, 71st Ranger Brigade, Eighty-second Airborne Brigade, 108th Tank Brigade, 110th Separate Mechanised Brigade. Thank you and everyone who is with you. Who helps, who supports, who treats after injuries, who volunteers. Who recruits and trains soldiers. Thank you! Together, Ukrainians are changing history in their favour.

Today, we continued to prepare our next external steps, in particular, the activities between the first and second peace summits. I held a meeting with international experts on assigning those responsible for regions and parts of the world to engage even more participants in joint work on the points of the Peace Formula. We are gradually moving to the formation of groups that will work on specific steps to restore security. Just like the first Peace Summit held in Switzerland, the groups should be as inclusive as possible, so that different countries and leaders can express themselves. And, of course, we continue to work to support the communiqué of the first Summit. I am grateful to His All-Holiness Patriarch Bartholomew for joining the communiqué and for his continued support of our peacemaking efforts. There will be other such news - other new signatories to the communiqué. The team is working on it.

And one more thing.

A meeting with the Speaker of the Lithuanian Seimas - her visit to Ukraine today. We greatly appreciate Lithuania's support, our relations, and in general, the ties between Ukraine and Ukrainians with Lithuanian society and the Baltic region in general. Our security can only be shared - that of our states, our peoples, our independence. Thank you for understanding this. Gitanas, thank you! I thank the Lithuanian Parliament and the government. To everyone whose hearts are with us, with our people.

We must drive out the occupier.

Glory to Ukraine!
