Uae's Purehealth Acquires British Hospital Operator Circle Health For 1.2 Billion Usd

DUBAI, Aug 29 (NNN-WAM) – PureHealth, an integrated healthcare network, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has signed an agreement to acquire Circle health Group, the largest independent operator of hospitals in Britain, in a deal worth 4.41 billion dirhams (1.2 billion U.S. dollars).
The acquisition, which is part of PureHealth's global expansion programme, marks the company's first entry into Britain, it said.
Under the deal, PureHealth will gain 100 percent of Circle Health Group's assets, including specialties, such as orthopedics, oncology, cardiothoracic surgery, ophthalmology, neurosurgery and general surgery, and the new hospitals that Circle Health Group is building.
