Xrp's Xrpl Labs Partners With Xahau Ledger

On Monday, XRPL Labs announced that it will join Xahau Ledger, a smart contract sidechain for the XRP Ledger ecosystem.
The XRP community is enthusiastic about the Xahau Ledger, which adds multiple features to the XRPL ecosystem and promotes the widespread adoption of XRP and the XRP Ledger.
This brings the XRP ledger protocol closer to adoption in retail stores. XRPL Labs, the creator of the XRP Ledger self-custody wallet Xumm, announced on August 28 that it will be releasing a whitepaper for the Xahau Ledger.
Xahau is a sidechain for smart contracts within the XRPL ecosystem. Wietse Wind, proprietor of XRPL Labs, also announced on X the publication of the Xahau whitepaper with GateHub, Alloy Networks, EvernodeXRPL, and others.
He disclosed that the XRP ledger's smart contract functionality will enable the creation of commonplace objects.
Additionally, he intends to update the Xumm wallet to support numerXRPL Protocol networks, such as the XRPL Maiand Xahau.
Additionally, this will facilitate the realization of the XRP retail adoption vision. He disclosed that Xahau will most likely be operational by the end of the year.

Immediately following the XRPL announcement of the Xahau network, the XRP price increased by more than 0.50%. Additionally, the trading volume has increased, and the price is gaining upward momentum.
The current XRP price is $0.51, a 2% decrease over the past 24 hours. The 24-hour low is $0.515, and the 24-hour high is $0.529.
Nonetheless, the overall price action is flat, and trading volume has decreased substantially over the past week.
