(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RAMALLAH, Aug 22 (KUNA) - A Palestinian youth was killed Tuesday by Israeli occupation forces bullets near Jenin, said Palestine Health Ministry.
In a statement, the ministry noted that Othman Abu Kharj, 17, was killed with a bullet in the head by Israeli forces in Al-Zbabda town near Jenin.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Prisoners' Club said that the occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests of at least 50 Palestinians, including 15 from the town of Abwein near Ramallah.
Since the beginning of 2023, more than 4,500 persons were arrested in the West Bank, it added. (end)
