Speaking to The Peninsula on the sidelines of Madre Business Excellence HR Awards 2022, Timothy Williams, Vice President and Business Development Manager of Madre Integrated Engineering said:“What we have with the impact of the economy is we've shown them that we can deliver quality even though its challenging time and provide a service to them that meets their client's needs and then we're recognised as a unique manpower provider.”

He noted that the continuous improvement process ensures the development of new technologies across all departments to ensure extensive opportunities are provided in the country.

The organisation yesterday celebrated the success of its employees who bagged several awards at Le Royal Meridien Hotel, Lusail.

The event was attended by chief guests Dr. Sokhil Dakkak, Human Resources Director at UCC Holding, and Thaha Muhammed Abdul Kareem, Group General Manager and Advisor to the Board of Directors at Masskar Group.

Senior officials from Madre including Melvin Mathew, Chief Operating Officer, Mohsin Ali, Chief Strategy Officer, and Shanavas S, Finance Manager also took part.

Several employees including Janice A Mendigo, Shibin Devasia, and Swathi K Thampi were honored with gold, silver, and bronze respectively, in the HRBP award category.

Commenting on the occasion, Williams remarked that“This is such an exciting and spectacular moment as it showed them that it's a team effort that resulted in achieving this milestone and this achievement.”

The UCC official lauded the industry's stability and growth in the region.“As compared with many other GCC countries, the market here is still stable and good,” Dakkak told The Peninsula.

He highlighted that“The way how Madre is operating gives them a big part of the market share and stability in the market.”

Kareem emphasised Qatar continues to witness surging opportunities that are witnessed due to various projects in the forthcoming quarters.

He also asserted that despite a challenging market,“It's always good to be with a winning team which creates, and inspires and this inspiration I believe is very challenging too. However, spending time with this kind of amazing team will give me the energy to continue forward.” The event was concluded with a vote of thanks by the group's Assistant Operations Manager Jaison Samuel Johnson.
