INJAZ, PMIEF Agree To Empower Youth With Project Management Skills


(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN - INJAZ, a Jordanian non-profit organisation, and the Project Management Educational Institute Foundation (PMIEF) signed a three-year strategic cooperation agreement that aims to strengthen the capabilities of Jordanian youth in the field of project management.

This agreement will benefit 200,000 school students and 200 teachers and 3,800 INJAZ volunteers will be trained in the project management skills necessary to transfer their knowledge to the students.

The project aims to empower students with project management skills, enhance their leadership skills and help them set and achieve goals for their projects within an identified time frame.

Under the agreement, project management concepts will be integrated into 13 INJAZ programmes for school students after a review process, according to a statement from the organisation.

The INJAZ programmes focus on building an entrepreneurial mindset, helping beneficiaries learn about community leadership in addition to establishing and developing their own startup companies and building their communication skills.
