Thrissur Jilla Sauhruda Vedi (TJSV Qatar), in collaboration with TAC Qatar, organised Souhrudholsavam-2023 (Eid-Vishu-Easter Meet) on Friday May 5, 2023, at Indian Cultural Center.
TJSV members and families participated in thes cultural extravaganza. The official function was presided over by TJSV President Muhammad Mustafa. ICC President and TJSV Advisory Committee member, AP Manikandan, formally inaugurated the cultural fiesta. TJSV General Secretary Srinivasan Kannath welcomed the gathering, while Treasurer Pramod Moonnini conveyed his felicitation message.
Social Worker Abul Rauf Kondoti was honored in the meeting. Rashid Pavarati, an author and a TJSV member, was recognised for his novel "Ottakoral", a copy of which he handed over to TJSV President at the function.
Sharaf, Muhammad Rafi (event coordinator), Razzak (media coordinator) and Rekha Pramod (Ladies wing) emceed the program. Cultural Committee Chairman Habib expressed vote of thanks for the official meeting.
The Program Committee declared the Souhrudhiolsavam-2023 a grand success as the various artistic performances by the TJSV members and family members, the students of the TJSV sister institution TAC Qatar, TAC Qatar faculties Dilsha Teacher and Shafiq turned (choreography/performance) and well-known artists of Doha made the event into a memorable spectacle.
Sindhu Suresh (Ladies Wing) expressed special thanks for those who supported Souhrudholsavam-2023.
