Amman, May 3 (Petra) --The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) and the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) will host the AdventureNEXT Near East conference from October 12 to 14.
After three consecutive years of hosting the conference, which is the most prominent regional event in adventure tourism, the gathering played a major role in attracting tourism businesses worth $17 million to Jordan, said the JTB Director-General Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat.
He underscored tourism marketing for the Kingdom through agencies focused on adventure and luxury tourism, sustainable travel, and cultural tourism, as well as the need to bring this important event to other parts of the world to bring together travel lovers, tourism laborers, merchants, and media professionals.
Shannon Stowell, CEO of the ATTA, expressed her excitement to see firsthand Jordan's strong mixture of culture and nature and share the experience with travelers.
