Emrill reports double-digit revenue growth in 2022 fueled by contract retention and additional wins

(MENAFN- IHC) UAE-based facilities management services provider, Emrill, has announced 18.3 per cent revenue growth in 2022, resulting from its commitment to retaining existing and securing new contracts through operational strategies and a commitment to service excellence. Emrill reported a 41.6 per cent increase in retained contracts for 2022, providing total facilities management services across 205 contracts.

In addition to securing the renewal of 153 of its contracts in sectors including residential, commercial, logistics, retail, healthcare, aviation, hospitality and education, Emrill also won 52 new contracts across various sectors, demonstrating the FM company’s commitment to building long-lasting value partnerships with clients and strong focus on acquiring new business.

In 2022, the company’s top three performing sectors in contracts retained and won were residential, commercial, and logistics. The number of corporate contracts between 2021 and 2022 increased by 36.8 per cent, while residential contracts increased by 6.9 per cent during the same period. Emrill continues to deliver world-class FM services across large-scale residential and commercial communities, including Downtown Dubai and Aljada.

Among the FM provider’s ongoing contracts, Emrill has secured 156 cleaning contracts with prominent communities and developments. To enhance service delivery, Emrill utilises technology and digital solutions, in addition to launching new products and features. To deliver its services more efficiently, the company developed innovative platforms, such as Techsphere, for both employees and clients, and applications, including the efficiency-enhancing Effy App, to maximise the productivity of its teams. Building on the success of its award-winning Effy App for horizontal communities, Emrill launched a new version of the app for vertical communities, resulting in the optimisation of manpower and operations through the use of innovative technologies, including low-power battery-operated Bluetooth beacons and wi-fi access points.

Stuart Harrison, Emrill’s CEO, attributed the company’s success in revenue growth, retaining contracts and securing new contracts to its dedication to providing service excellence in the FM landscape, saying: “2022 was a fantastic year for Emrill. Not only did we celebrate 20 years of operations in the UAE, but we also strengthened our capabilities to continuously assess each and every client’s needs and deliver our total facilities management services to retain their support and trust in our operations. Creating and nurturing value partnerships with our customers continues to be one of our priorities and it is rewarding to see a significant increase in our number of retained contracts compared to 2021. Double-digit revenue growth and increasing our retained contracts by 41.6 per cent in 2022 is a testament to our team and their commitment to exceeding our clients’ expectations.”

Sam Emery, CFO at Emrill, said the company’s ability to provide innovative solutions is key for client retention and winning new contracts: “We pride ourselves on understanding the evolving FM landscape and developing innovative strategies and solutions to further build on our service delivery. Emrill fosters a culture of innovation, embracing technology and continuous improvement. Witnessing how our new applications have strengthened our offering and getting such positive feedback from our clients has inspired us to continue focusing on bringing new technology that enhances the customer experience to the market in 2023.”

Emery concluded: “As we continue to strengthen our portfolio of clients among our target sectors, we are confident 2023 will be another rewarding year for long-term client partnerships, both existing and new.”
