Tehran, Ashgabat to collaborate on improving railway, transportation infrastructure

(MENAFN) Iranian Minister of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare Solat Mortazavi stated that Tehran and Ashgabat have established it on the agenda to grow collaboration for the improvement of transportation infrastructure with the aim of raising trade exchanges.
Mortazavi made the comments after a gathering with Turkmenistan's Deputy Prime Minister as well as Foreign Minister Rashit Owezgeldiyewich Meredow on Thursday, as reported by IRNA.
While giving a speech in this gathering, Mortazavi stated that the two nations have historical, cultural, as well as religious roots and commonalities that can ease financial partnership.
The 13th administration and leader Ebrahim Raisi's special foreign policy method is giving special attention to the neighbors, the official stated.
“We follow developing relations with Turkmenistan more sensitively”, he asserted, also mentioning that collaboration among the two nations need to be improved in all sectors, mainly in the financial and infrastructure sectors.
