Doha: The ministers of social affairs in GCC states convened a coordinative meeting in Doha on Tuesday, through which they discussed topics on the agenda of the 42nd meeting of Arab ministers of social affairs that will be held on Wednesday in Doha, in addition to topics related to the coordination file in the area of social development in the gulf region.
Qatar's delegation to meeting was headed by the Minister of Social Development and Family H E Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad.
Meanwhile, the 42nd meeting of Arab Ministers of Social Affairs that will convene in Doha on Wednesday.
The agenda of the meeting includes a myriad of critical topics, pertaining to areas of family, childhood, rights of persons with disabilities and elderly, eradication of poverty, social care and a range of other files.
