Holly Brittingham Joins BCW As Global Chief Learning Officer

NEW YORK — BCW has appointed Holly Brittingham the agency's first global chief learning officer, as which she will be responsible for talent training and organizational development worldwide.

Brittingham brings more than 25 years of experience as a global talent and organization development leader across a variety of industries, including marketing communications, technology, entertainment and financial services.


Before joining BCW, she spent eight years with FCB Global, most recently as global lead, organizational learning and development. Before that, she spent three years as principal organizational development consultant for EMC Corporation and was director of talent management center of excellence for Fidelity Investments.
