Doha: First batches of Qatar pilgrims arrived home after performing Haj with ease and comfort.
Batches of Qatar pilgrims arrived home on Tuesday in few numbers as the arrival of the last pilgrims will be completed today (Thursday).
For his part, the Head of the Qatari Haj Mission Ali Sultan Al Misifri praised the great and well-appreciated efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to receive the pilgrims and the capabilities the kingdom employed to serve the pilgrims. Al Misifri expressed his deep appreciation to the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, and all authorities in the Kingdom for all they have done to facilitate the pilgrims and their service and to ensure their security and safety.
Al Misifri praised the cooperation of the Saudi Ministry of Haj and Umrah and the Tawafa Establishment for South East Asian Pilgrims with the Qatari mission facilitating all matters related to the Haj season in Makah Al Mukaramah, and at the holy sites of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah, in the service of pilgrims.
Al Misifri stressed that the Haj season this year was distinguished and exceptional for Qatar pilgrims as the conditions were created for them to complete all the rituals with ease and comfort without any difficulties.
The mission's support units were keen to accompany the pilgrims of Qatar until the throwing of the jamarat and the conclusion of their rituals, pointing out that the Qatari Haj mission will begin its work after returning to prepare for the next season by setting programmes and development plans, using proposals and suggestions made by the pilgrims and campaigns, addressing problems or obstacles encountered by pilgrims; as the ambition to provide better services and support for Qatar pilgrims does not stop year after year.
