Prime Minister Attends Doha Institute Graduation Ceremony

Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani attended the graduation ceremony of the sixth class of Masters students of the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI) yesterday. 

The ceremony took place at Qatar University Sports and Events Complex.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs H E Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah and Minister of Education and Higher Education H E Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi also attended the graduation ceremony. 

Provost and Acting President of the Institute Dr. Abdulwahab El Affendi delivered a speech in which he congratulated the graduates and wished them well for future. 

A documentary on the importance of education and its role in the development of societies, and the ambitions of the graduates was also played on the occasion.

The ceremony was attended by a number of Their Excellencies Sheikhs, ministers, heads of diplomatic missions, members of the board of trustees, academics, teachers, and parents of the graduates.
