Israel bans entrance over new Omicron strain

(MENAFN) Israel closed its borders for foreigners because of the new Omicron strain of the coronavirus, the decision came following the meeting of the Cabinet with Premier Naftali Bennet's governance to deliberate defenses against the new virus.
The Cabinet determined that no foreigners can enter in without the authorization from a committee.
Therefore, inoculated Israelis who are returning must have a PCR test and go through a quarantine for 72 hours, then an another negative PCR test to stop the isolation, and Israelis who are not inoculated must be quarantined for 7 days if they confirm to test, while if they do not, they are going to be isolated for two weeks.
