(MENAFN) Developer Sobha Realty Dubai-based intends to construct a USD4 billion mixed-use scheme in the UAE while it is invested in pursuing the retrieval of the Emirates real-estate industry.
The scheme, which surrounds 11 million square feet, is to be constructed besides its present scheme Sobha Hartland at the MBR City, PNC Menon, founder and chairman of Sobha Realty, said to The National during a meeting in the Cityscape Global in Dubai.
Mr Menon noted, “We are planning to have a large project close to Sobha Hartland and will be launching it sometime in July next year,” adding, “this is a big project and may take about six to eight years to complete.”
