(MENAFN- The Conversation) Assistant Professor in Supply Chain Management, Newcastle University Profile Articles Activity

My research broadly focuses on the issue of the procurement and management of complex performance. I am specifically interested in how the interactions and relationships between internal, boundary-spanning and external stakeholders influence the performance of complex operations characterised by lack of clarity and certainty of outcomes and relational exchanges. I pursue this research agenda across two research streams: (1) Procuring and 'producing' professional services and (2) Managing the design, evolution and orchestration of supply networks in complex capital projects.
