Cairo, September 05, 2021, SPA -- The Arab Republic of Egypt has strongly condemned and denounced the Houthi militia's attacks with ballistic missiles against the Eastern and Southern Regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the militia's launching of bomb-laden drones yesterday, which were successfully intercepted and destroyed by the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen.
In a statement issued today by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Egypt affirmed its support for the measures that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes to confront these despicable attacks and to preserve its security, stability and territorial integrity from these terrorist acts, which represent a grave threat to the region's security and stability.
The ministry stressed the close connection between the national security of the two countries.
