Civilian wounded in occupiers'' shelling in Donetsk region


(MENAFN- UkrinForm)A civilian from the village of Slavne was wounded in Donetsk region as a result of shelling by the Russian occupiers.

"On May 26, 2021, as a result of enemy shelling in the village of Slavne, a civilian received a penetrating shrapnel blunt wound to the front surface of the chest on the right, resulting in a fracture of the third rib, right hemopneumothorax, the hemorrhagic shock of 2nd degree," the Marinka Town Military-Civil Administration posted on Facebook.

The wounded man was immediately taken to the Kurakhove town hospital. Then he was transferred to the military hospital No. 66 in the town of Pokrovsk.

The circumstances of the incident are being established.

As reported, the Russian occupiers violated the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine eight times over the past day, on May 25.
