Panama- Red flag flying on multiple beaches

(MENAFN- Newsroom Panama) The Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) reported on Saturday that the red flag prevention warning is flying on some beaches in the country due to strong waves
This warning prohibits bathers from entering the beaches of La Ensenada, La Ermita, Punta Barco, El Uverito, Farallón, Playa Reina, Playa Torio, Santa Clara, Canadian, La Boquilla, which are within the provinces of Panama Oeste , Coclé and Veraguas.
The prevention notice extends until Sunday, April 4, 2021, due to unstable maritime conditions in the Panamanian Pacific.
"Frequent swells, rip currents, winds and thunderstorms are expected in coastal areas and windy conditions," reported Sinaproc.
Today, rains are expected at different times in some regions of the pacific slope.
