At Tuesday's close, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index increased 3.06 points from 1,544.05 points, opening the day at 1,553.41 points
The index averaged amid 1,536.44 and 1,556.70 points – 54 stocks on the index increased, 43 dropped, and three were flat compared to the preceding close.
The amount market rate of the BIST 100 stood at 1.16 trillion Turkish liras (USD165 billion) by market close, with a daily trading rate of 27.1 billion Turkish liras (USD3.84 billion).
