Morocco sees 895 new COVID-19 cases, 34 deaths


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT, Jan 10 (KUNA) -- The number of daily coronavirus infections in Morocco rose by 895 over the past 24 hours, while 34 more people succumbed to the disease in the same period, the health ministry said on Sunday.
The North African nation's death toll from the outbreak has reached 7,743, while a total of 452,532 people have contracted the virus to date, versus some 424,896 recoveries, according to a ministry statement. (end)
