Jordan- Gov't announcement of matrix related to corona does not mean end of pandemic - says minister

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, June 6 (Petra)-- State Minister for Media Affairs Amjad al-Adailah said the government announcement of its matrix plan to deal with the novel corona virus does not mean the end of the pandemic.
He stressed, in an interview with Jordan Television's "60 Minutes" program, that the risk remains, urging the public to continue adhering to preventive and public measures in this regard.
Citizens shoulder a great responsibility in reducing burdens imposed on state bodies through committing to instructions issued by the Health Ministry, al-Adailah stressed during the interview.
Almost 80 thousand violations against safety and health measures were recorded by the government over the past three months, the minister said, adding that efforts that have been accomplished by the government in this regard reflect its seriousness in dealing with the pandemic.
