Kuwait- Commerce ministry closes four shops for violation of procedures


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, March 22 (KUNA) -- Ministry of Trade and Industry closed four shops that did not abide by the ministry's law regarding the procedures to confront the spread of the coronavirus.
In a statement to KUNA Sunday, the ministry said that it received 416 complaints through the hotline (135), while the emergency teams checked and searched 409 pharmacies and commercial markets to determine the extent of their commitment to regulations.
The ministry also pointed out that it reopened five shops after abiding by the procedures and laws, stressing the necessity to adhere to the laws during the exceptional circumstance that the country is going through. (end)
